Shipping and Payment

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

1. How it works

After payment we send you a portrait design for approval within 48 hours (with the express design the very next day, including weekends). After approval we print and ship. The portrait usually arrives within 5 days of approving the design.

2. Delivery options

• GLS pickup point or parcel locker (Czech Republic): free.
• GLS courier to your address (Czech Republic): CZK 119. The 40 × 60 cm canvas does not fit into a parcel locker, so it only goes to an address, and that delivery is free.
• Slovakia: delivery to your address for €3.

Once shipped, we send you an e-mail with a tracking link.

3. Payment methods

• card online, Apple Pay or Google Pay (securely via Stripe),
• bank transfer (only when paying in Czech crowns; we show the account number and a QR code after the order and send them by e-mail).

4. Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect the parcel and it comes back to us, we will agree on sending it again. In that case the buyer pays for the repeated delivery.

5. Damaged parcels

Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel, or take a photo of the damage and write to us straight away at info@petska.cz.
